I have never been in need of legal counsel before and never thought I would be. That being said, I found myself in a situation where I needed a lawyer. I was given the name, Michael B. Clayton and Associates. I reached out to his firm about my case for legal help. I requested a consultation and within an hour I got a call back to set up a meeting. The first time I came to his office I was an absolute wreck, not knowing what to expect. He was easy to talk to, down to earth, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions and put me at ease. I did need to meet up with him a few times for what was going on and to go over the details of my case. I will say though, by the second and third meeting he was optimistic he could get my case dismissed. Now naturally I was excited about what he said, but the case wasn't over yet. He did spend all day in court and he still called me after hours once he got my message, not once but twice because I missed the first call. This all meant a lot to me because I had no idea what to expect going into it. Overall my case took almost four months and throughout that time he was not only knowledgeable but reachable and kind because I wasn't always in the best shape. All of this to say I just had what was my last meeting with him to go over some stuff and at the end he let me know that the case was dismissed. I didn't even end up seeing the inside of a courtroom.
